With regard to the measures for handling complaints and resolving disputes related to the financial instruments business, the Company works to resolve complaints and disputes through The Investment Trusts Association, Japan or the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center ( “FINMAC”), pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations
